Ivory Coast Vs South Korea in London

Ivory Coast are set to take on World Cup finalists South Korea in London on March 3rd.

Coincidentally another African side, Egypt, will be taking on England at wembley on that same date.

Whilst Egypt failed to qualify for the World Cup, Ivory Coast did with ease and are placed in group G alongside North Korea, Brazil and Portugal.

Their World Cup bound opponents on the night, South Korea, are placed in Group B with Argentina, Nigeria and Greece.

In spite of their disappointing showing in the just ended African Nations Cup, Ivory Coast are widely regarded as Africa's strongest hope for World Cup glory in South Africa.

Information from the Ivory Coast Football Federation indicate that the match will be played at Loftus Road, home of Championship side Queens Park Rangers.
